BE SLENDER is a programme suitable for any woman, whether she wants to shed some extra lbs or to simply better highlight her feminine shapes. The programme is based on the three pillars of intelligent weight loss: Nutrition, Training and Emotion. important. But nothing could be farther from the truth. Without a smart 
Training, your weight loss will not only happen at a slower pace, but,

difficult for you to hold on to the results achieved. 
 
 The 
third, and maybe the most important factor influencing the success or 
the failure of your weight loss endeavours, is the emotional factor. 
Emotions are the roots of our motivation, the main basis of all of our 
day to day decisions. For this reason, many of the pieces of advice that
 you are about to read in this programme, take into account the 
emotional side of things, thus supporting your efforts in the best 
possible way and insuring your success.
The nutritional plan
 comprised in this programme does not refer to counting your daily 
calorie intake or weighting the food you eat at each meal. It is merely a
 structured plan spanning over all the seven days of a week. Besides, 
you will also find, here, a list of 200 healthy aliments that you can 
combine every day, to obtain new nutrition plans. 
 The training plan
 will be presented in two stages: Firstly, determining the essential 
foundation and secondly, fat burning, focusing mainly on HIIT solutions,
 rather than running for hours and hours. Both the sheets and the 
training plans are split by days when you must hit the gym; however, 
whenever you have a really busy day and you can’t make it to the gym, 
there is a special chapter dedicated to training at home, with 
appropriate illustrations, that you can use instead.
