If you have excess fat on your butt, stomach and sides, you should
start with fat reduction, through a clean diet, calorie deficit and
physical activity.
The best answer to shaping
your butt is strength training. There are many exercises that strongly
engage the buttock muscles, some of which can be done even at home. You
only need your body weight, dumbbells and/or full water bottles (weight
required) to do them.
A very common problem during
butt training is the lack of muscle feeling, which unfortunately
drastically reduces the involvement of the buttocks during exercise. If
you do your butt training correctly and still don't feel their
involvement, it means that you need to work on the so-called "Muscle
Mind Connection" more in the book
Try this workout and apply nutrition tips for 8 weeks and you'll see how the shape of your buttocks will improve...
